We were so honoured to meet this handsome chap at the bakery stop today and his lovely owners! He was an utterly charming little boy and so calm, I have now on my list for new additions a sloth and a nice friendly lizard like this gorgeous boy! |Move over Gerald Durrell! ;)

This is the beautiful ford in Hovingham, the little becks run all around the village and are so quaint. There are lots of village like that around here and I will post more for you, including the exquisite Thornton Dale, a real delight and full of charm.
